Four unforgettable days of practice in Las Vegas have gone by in a flash. Or better yet everything was over too quickly!

Immediately after the audition they told us which girls were chosen for the team performing with Beyonce. When I heard my name my heart started beating faster and faster, I started shaking and I just couldn’t believe what I’ve heard. In that moment I grabbed the phone and only during the ecstatic phone call with my mom, I realized that I a few days time I will be on stage with the versatile and incredibly talented Beyonce! My plans changed in an instant and the next question was: ‘When and where do we practice?’. It was followed by a quick response: ‘Tomorrow in the one and only Las Vegas.’

This project was an interesting and different experience, because 100 girls participated in it. Auditions were in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. If you can only imagine how much time was needed for the organization, teaching dance choreography, costume design, make-up, etc. It was all pretty hard because so many girls in one place is no joke. Whole-day practices in high heels, tight dresses, with mysterious and envious looks from other dancers, were tiring. Some dancers involved in this project and in the dancing world in general, often don’t realize that it is not about being noticed and being in the front line with the star on TV. That kind of thinking is immature and selfish. Specifically in this case – we all shared the same stage with Beyonce, we all contributed to the success of the same project, we all practiced in the same hall with Beyonce, walked the same streets and hotels of Las Vegas and we all shared a beautiful experience, that is recorded in history and in our hearts.

I am very happy that I’ve decided to go to the audition even though I thought that because of my body constitution, appearance and being small, I won’t be accepted. Everything I just listed is very important in the world of show business and the sooner you accept it, the easier it is. I’ve learned to never judge myself in advance, wait, dance and perform as best as you can, the rest is out of your hands. If I had not gone to the audition I wouldn’t have performed before the thousands on Billboard Music Awards in the famous MGM Hotel, enjoyed moments with Beyonce and the dancers and lived my dreams.
